IQ Test provides an online IQ-style assessment for educational and entertainment purposes only. The test is not a clinical or professional psychological assessment. Results should not be used as a substitute for professional evaluation.

3. Use of Service

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information (your name for the certificate).
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Not scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission.

4. No Guarantee of Accuracy

While we've designed our test using standard IQ methodology, we do not guarantee that your score reflects your true IQ or cognitive ability. This test is a self-assessment tool for educational purposes.

5. Payments & Certificates

The IQ test itself is free. A fee (currently $2.99 USD) is charged for downloading the personalized certificate. Payment is processed through our secure third-party payment partner. Once payment is complete, the certificate is available for download.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including questions, design, logos, and text — is the property of IQ Test and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

7. User Data

By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

IQ Test shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, reliance on the test results for personal, academic, or professional decisions.
